Cockpit leads into Dog house with hatch above helm seat, two ring gas cooker portside (never used by present owner), separate drained gas locker & small LPG tank (full) - sink next to cooker.

Doghouse leads to for'd cabin, sleeps two + pull out bunk over adult bunks for two children - Heads compartment with sea toilet (never used by present owner) - wardrobe - storage under bunks. fitted cushions - hatch to deck over bunks - drop down table

Sails - Main, believed to be original, good condition for age, stakpak (Oct 2018) - Furling Genoa, very good condition, believe to be 2006 - Spinnaker in launch bag + spinnaker pole.

Most sheets / halyards new or in very good condition - fenders, mooring warps, anchor & chain + kedge anchor & chain etc

New VHF (with deck speaker) new Ariel cable fitted in mast, 2018. - fish finder with depth readout - Ipad style chart plotter - compass - engine instruments - box of brand new engine parts, fuel filter, water filter, 2 x fan belts etc - radar reflector on mast, horse shoe life belt and floating rope

All nav lights work - masthead light fitted with new cable recently

Sails very well for type, good sea boat - tidy for age, with some TLC required

June 2019 - all old antifoul & primers removed to gel coat - repainted with 3 coats of epoxy primer paint - see photos - fuel tank emptied and cleaned & s/steel grounding strip fitted.

Sold as seen, where is, as is.

All personal gear / tools etc will be removed
